A Place Called Home and Urban Farming present a Back to School event featuring the Urban Farming Free Plant Giveaway, empowering families to grow their own food. Families will receive back-to-school backpacks, along with 3,600 Urban Farming donated vegetable plants, seeds, educational handouts, books, and gardening resources. These resources will be delivered door-to-door to over 300 families.
